Fantastic Food, but Stick to the Moonshine I had a great experience at Bucky Moonshine's! The food was absolutely delicious--hot, fresh, and perfectly complemented by their flavorful sauces. Everything on the plate was spot-on. Now, a tip for the drinks: save yourself the frustration and go straight for the moonshine. They have over 30 varieties to choose from, and it's their specialty for a reason. I tried the bottomless mimosas, but they were mostly orange juice, and the Bloody Mary, while packed with flavor, was missing that signature vodka kick. If you're looking for boozy cocktails, this might not be the place for you--unless you're ordering the moonshine. Overall, it's a spot worth visiting for the food and their standout moonshine selection!

To think we stumbled into Bucky's on accident is crazy! Why didn't I know about this place before!? After enjoying the Deep Ellum Block Party for a bit, we decided to hunt down some brunch, and so we found our way to Bucky's! From their bottomless mimosa brunch, to their Cajun full menu! I felt transported back to the streets of NOLA during Mardi Gras! I decided on their Gumbo and it was delish but my boyfriend's meal was the star of the show! He got their fried chicken and waffles, and they spared no expense at portion size!! All the while you enjoy delicious food and mimosas, servers are constantly walking around refilling your glass so it never runs dry! They do not joke around about bottomless mimosas! We loved the vibes and the ambiance and will definitely be back for our next brunch day!

Stumbled across this place looking for bottomless mimosas & boy was I glad! Food was amazing, service was pretty quick and the Dj played so many hits I wanted to ask him to stop so that I could actually eat the food! Sat on the patio since the weather is nice now and definitely will be back!

Ricardo was an engaging and attentive bar tender and server. Food was delicious. Drinks, effective. Music, hits of 1994-2001, had a great time chatting and vibing with other patrons. Visiting town. First time at moonshine. Will definitely come again. Maybe on a weekend when they have bottomless mimosa brunch, Ricardo made it sound soooooo delish. Definitely keeping Moonshine on the list.

I walked into this place totally clueless, only knowing there'd be moonshine involved, while my partner was practically bouncing with excitement--turns out she had an entire TikTok file saved on the place! The setting was super casual, with a quaint little outdoor patio and fans spinning in every corner to keep things cool. The vibe was perfect. We all decided to go for the moonshine flights, and wow, each one was so distinctly different! It was definitely an experience. My favorites ended up being the sour apple, root beer, and blackberry. With a list of over 50 different moonshine flavors, it was a fun, social experience just trying them all out. And if you're not into straight moonshine, they even had mixed drink options with it. For brunch, they had $7 bottomless mimosas, which was a steal. The food was delicious--the wings were fried to absolute perfection. They didn't have a catfish po'boy on the menu, but when we asked, the kitchen happily made one to order. Our waitress was so attentive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. The music was great too, really adding to the atmosphere. We're already planning our return trip. I'm still thinking about those moonshine flavors and that brunch--it was seriously such a fun spot!

I came back to have drinks with my friend again. Get the chicken wings! 10/10 I will definitely keep coming for the Chicken Wings! This time the service was great, attentive, and fast. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right! I had a moonshine flight. This visit was much better than the last visit

Let's start with the waitresses! They were super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and the moonshine options for the moonshine flights. I had the Gator Bites with ranch and a side of remoulade sauce, the bites were perfectly portioned and crispy. I would definitely recommend those! I should have gotten the fried green maters, but I'll get those next time because I will be returning. Anyway, I got the Catfish Pontchartrain as the entree over penne pasta instead of rice, it was delicious, but it needed a tad bit more salt. I also tried the strawberry banana moonshine and the banana pudding one. The banana pudding moonshine shot was divine **chef's kiss**. The blueberry muffin one is terrible, unless you like Nyquil, don't get that one. They have over 20 flavors so many sure you get a flight (or two, maybe three of you're taking an Uber).

Love this place! Everything about it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. I felt so welcome there. I had a hurricane to drink and it was delicious. 2 moonshine shots green apple and fruit punch. First time I had moonshine and it tasted great. The food omg 5/5 seasoned to perfection. Nice cozy Cajun atmosphere/ambiance. The bartender was super friendly. I'll definitely be back!!!

The food was absolutely amazing!! The live band was even better. I wouldn't recommend the drinks due to them being super sweet! But if you like sweet drinks this maybe your go to spot! The service was great and the server was kind. I will definitely be going back for more good food
